Two years today on my weight loss journey!

I’ve lost 10” from my waist, going from a UK size 14 to 10. I’ve gone down a few bra sizes, but most importantly I’ve gained confidence. I still have a long way to go but now I’ve dropped the weight I wanted to lose I can really start working on building muscle and losing those last few jiggly bits. 

It’s been a long journey with lots of obstacles but I’m so proud of myself for sticking with it. Now I just need to kick the junk food habit at the weekends…
